Dear Friends and Neighbours,
The 2025 Baby Point Heritage Foundation calendar features local historical photography, postcards
and other materials from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, around the time when Robert Home
Smith began to develop the community. They provide a glimpse into the lives of local people, lost
landscapes, local businesses, and early transportation and encourage us to imagine what it would
have been like to have lived here about a century ago. We hope these scenes inspire pride and
curiosity in the Baby Point community, past and present.
The Baby Point Heritage Foundation wall calendar series began in 2017 with the release of its first
issue. We hope you enjoy this calendar! As you flip through the pages, please give a moment of
reflection and appreciation to the generations of individuals whose cultivation and care have
contributed to the preservation of this magnificent place we call home.
